Hi Sonya - thank you for your question. At EY the teams at all levels, from Senior Leadership right through to peer to peer are supportive of your mental health and wellbeing. We even get given £500 each year to spend on anything that supports our wellbeing. For example I've used it to have Hot Yoga classes, and massages. All colleagues get given access to wellbeing resources, and access to opt in for Private Health care where you can have counselling and support.
