Could you tell me about the mental health initiatives EY has in place to help support its employees?

Thanks for your question. EY support it's employees in many ways; networks such as 'Ability' and 'Wellness' run regular sessions (e.g mindfulness) which any employee can sign up to attend. Everyone also has a counsellor - someone who is there to support you in the workplace.
