Hey Viktorija, at EY progression is definitely important and a recognised part of your learning and development. You receive feedback from your team, manager, clients, etc. and this all comes together to form your quarterly feedback. Progressions and promotions happen yearly, with extra promotions happening half yearly, and it is the job of your career counsellor (who is a senior colleague who is allocated to you when you join the company) to take all your feedback to the business to make your case for progression.
