Having only an engineering degree I know it will help on some points but it will also bring some difficulties on a lot of other subjects.

Hi, if you are joining as part of the graduate scheme, there is no expectation of prior knowledge and everything you need to know is taught. The benefit of a relevant degree is possible exemptions on some of the professional qualifications.
