Hi Emily, you don't need to be a recent graduate to apply to our graduate programme. if you have an honours degree from any degree discipline you are eligible to apply!

Very interesting! Are there many career changers in the graduate programme?

Hi Emily - thanks for your question. If you join a graduate programme you'll be expected to qualify and complete the programme in the service line you started in. However once you qualify you can move around the firm as our service lines do talk to each other. So it's important to network throughout your time on programme.

This is very interesting. I thought that at 33 I might be considered 'past it' for a graduate programme but now I'm more than tempted to apply!

Hi I was just wondering as to whether this would also be expected of moving sub-service lines? As in fully qualify and then move

Yes Pandora this would be the same. You would be expected to stay in your sub service line until you qualify and then you would be able to look at different opportunities.
