For me, the main thing is the people. I first got involved through Discover EY and have now come through the summer internship, brand ambassador role and am now in the 3rd year of my graduate programme. The firm is also pretty flexible which I love: for example, I'm currently sitting in the London office but I am based in Glasgow. And another big highlight for me is the EY Foundation who organise loads of great fundraising events and is a great way to meet people outside the normal work set-up

That is really great to hear Anna! Very useful insights from someone who has been with EY from the beginning! Are the exams harder than A level Accounting? Thank you so much and good luck in your programme!

Jamil - Yes they are a step up, but the qualifications expect no prior knowledge so everyone is starting off on the same page. The firm is also really good with exam leave and has been putting people through these qualifications for years so I've found have been a great support. Also, when you do the business apprenticeship, exams are spread out over 5 years rather than 3 so that's great too.
