Could you give some examples of development opportunities that EY provides and how they emphasize on their people?

EY has "badges" where you can choose what you want to learn more about for example there are badges on specific sectors, topics and more. Alongside your professional qualification, once you join each individual gets their own buddy who is your first port of call for any questions and also a career counsellor who acts as your career guide and can be extremely helpful in guiding you on how to make the most out of shaping your own career

Simona, just to further my point during my graduate application process I did also receive an offer from another big 4 firm before EY offered me role, I think for me the factor which made me accept EY was definitely the people element and how welcoming everyone I had spoken to EY prior to getting the role was really friendly, which I can definitely say is true when you join as everyone is always extremely happy to help whatever the question, which as a graduate it makes a difference!
