Hey, what I would say makes EY standout is the culture and the people :) The teams are always very fun to work with and there is such a diversity in the makeup of the firm. One thing that particularly stands out to me is the interest senior leadership take on how to best develop younger and newer talent. There is no segregation between the senior members of the team and the new starters and you find yourself at dinner with people you would never have anticipated. Overall, the atmosphere, the environment and the culture of EY is what stood out for me against the other big 4 :)

Hi, for me the focus on DE&I which helps staff from all backgrounds to connect better creates a culture of integration and community. There are many opportunities to network outside of your service line and build connections based on other interests. We have the chance to get involved in lots of initiatives outside of our day-to-day work including as part of social committees, networks, volunteering, CSR, etc. Also, there is a constant encouragement of continuous development and growth along with senior colleagues always willing to help out and answer questions. These factors were all a large attraction for me in comparison to the other Big 4 firms. I would recommend having a look at our website and social media for more information around our values and opportunities to help you understand if EY is a good fit for you!
