I would say the supportive nature of the people. There's always someone to give you guidance when you need it.

Hi. I have 3 years of work experience before. But all experiences are irrelevant to assurance. I just finished my master's courses in finance. Am I eligible to apply for the role?? As I know, some of the graduation programs don't accept application who has work experience before.

Hi Christine, you do not need prior experience in Assurance to work in our Assurance graduate programme. As long as you haven't started the chartered accountancy qualification already with another firm, then you should be fine to apply to the role.

Hi Christine, yes definitely! I joined as a school leaver as no experience in assurance was required. Many graduates that I know did completely unrelated graduate courses and are still doing well during the course and exams! There's lots of great support from the college and EY for the exams so you will be fine!
