Hi Nandit - a difficult question to answer! The Consulting industry is constantly being shaped by market factors, such as the rapid advancements of technology, the growing emphasis on sustainability and the continual war on talent. EY is constantly improving the way we work to help support our clients through these challenges, for example, we are investing in digital transformation initiatives like EY.ai to provide cutting-edge services to our clients. This includes training our people on the use of AI in delivery to become more efficient, as well as working with leading technology providers to bring the best offerings to our clients. I believe the demand for implementing new technology will continue to grow, but it will also bring unknown challenges to the services we offer, making it an exciting area of the business to work in 🙂
