Hi Harrison, hope you're well. In WFA there is such a wide range of offerings (e.g. Talent, Transactions, Change, etc.) so it'd be great if you had a look at what kind of work EY does within each pillar and how current issues might impact what we do.

Hi Harrison! Firstly we would advice you to 100% be yourself throughout this process so we can see your true strengths.

For the EYX day i would advise you to research the service line you are interested in most and in the session to just throw yourself into it so we can see your team skills in the group session. In the 1-2-1 session with your assessor you will need to really focus on what is being asked of you

With the final interview, it is likely to be a conversation about your motivations to join. I would advise you to have a look at any recent news on EY and also perhaps look up your interviewer on linked in too!

Lastly, NT - what is the aspect of PAS that you enjoy most? Thanks in advance!

At the moment, it's that I get to work with such interesting clients - because PAS is growing so quickly in EY, we're getting some really interesting engagements. Also, since we work across so many offerings, as a grad you get to try a bit of everything before you're expected to specialise in any one field, so it's great if you're looking for variety within your role.
