HI Chiara. For Technology Risk, I would say the ability to understand the different processes and systems of the clients we work with is the most important thing. Therefore, I would say people skills are something that is extremely important - we spend a lot of our time having meetings (normally in person, although now obviously virtually) with application and process owners, and having good relationships with them can make our job a lot easier in terms of being provided with the information which we need :)
