Hi Joe!
Personally I like to think EY has a very open and positive "people" culture!
The teams I've all worked in have been friendly and very supportive from day one - e.g. I joined out of school and was given lots of training and support in my role.
All of our offices are open plan - so you can very easily be sitting one day next to peers, and another next to a partner.
