The culture at EY is very supportive and people-oriented. From day one you will be allocated a buddy and a counsellor who are there to help you to settle in and to start working towards all of your career goals. Typically your buddy will have joined a year earlier and is a more informal point of contact. Your counsellor is usually someone a few pay grades above you who has the experience and contacts to help you reach your goals.
