What does the business casual dress code look like at EY?
Additional information
On the website the office dress code is ‘business casual’...I was hoping to get a bit more clarity one this as a woman starting at the Manchester office in September - e.g. any specific guidelines, any dress code do’s/dont’s, do you wear heels, how formal are people when in the office? Thank you! :)

Hi, our office dress policy across all our UK offices is 'dress for your day'. This means you can dress in clothes that make you feel comfortable for the day you have planned. The exception to this rule is when you're based at client sites and we encourage you to adopt the client's dress code policy. So we trust staff to make their own judgements on this, so for example jeans and a t-shirt are acceptable for a day in the office but perhaps you might prefer something smarter for a client meeting. You can always ask your buddy who you will be assigned before you join about this too if you want to know more.
