Hi! I would say it is quite hard to pick one, each day is different so this could be answered in any way from the socials, to projects delivered. For me it would be leading a recent client call as it was a very proud moment as it showed that I had learnt so much, the client really valued the advice I was able to give them and it showed that I was given a lot of responsibility from the team to lead the full call.
In case you were wondering it also worked out well with the client happy which makes it even better

It’s nice that you were able to feel your own progression and be able to show the skills you have learnt!

I'll add to this too. From a career perspective a first year audit that was picked by our internal review team and then the FRC (our regulator) for external review. This was a tough audit that we were appointed to late, but received the top possible ratings for in both reviews, including the FRC not identifying any findings.
From an outside work perspective, the firm put on Summer REYunion parties last summer to celebrate the end of the financial year and the fact that we could all get together in person again. It was really well planned, had great activities and helped that the sun was shining that day!

To add in my most memorable experience, I would probably say that it was during my 2nd year due a very tight deadline and limited capacity in the team I was able to lead a project from start to finish which involved completing all of the analysis, producing a report and attending a client site and running meetings. At EY you're given so many opportunities and responsibilities early on which makes for a great learning experience which you can take forward in your career.
