Hi Yang - We've been able to cope very well with the current situation. Although we would normally spend a lot of time physically at the client site, the use of MS Teams and Zoom has (in my experience at least) allowed us to continue our work with minimal interruption. We already had a flexible working policy, so working from home every now and then was something most of us are used to.

Hi luke! thanks for your reply. I planned to apply for 2021 spring intake at EY as long as these opportunities become available. So, it's helpful to understand services are not being heavily affected even if everyone needs to work from home.

Hi Yang - thanks for your questions. From a student recruitment perspective, our Spring intake opportunities are our Discover EY Women in Business and Discover EY Black Heritage in Business programmes hosted for 1 day / 2 days. Is this what you're referring to?

Hi, from what I know, EY also got some graduate roles and for which the starting date will be the spring. Although it's a bit different from usual fall intake around September

Hi Yang - thanks for shedding some light on this for me. So we hold April intakes for our Assurance roles only for graduates though. Our Graduate cohorts are always in September each year so for our 2021 intakes, we'll be recruiting this from August this year.
