Tell me about the most rewarding part of your job?

It’s definitely tough to pick the most rewarding thing, but to answer I’d go with the feeling of progression I have. Getting better at anything over time is always rewarding and it applies so much to my job. Every project, every exam, every piece of analysis etc. builds your proficiency, and you see this in practice by being able to take on more complicated areas of analysis and responsibility. I definitely had a sense of imposter syndrome when I first joined in that I knew very little, and everything was a challenge. Looking back and seeing how far I’ve come is massively rewarding, there are things I remember worrying that I didn’t understand when I was new that are now a part of my daily job.
