Hi Louis, congratulations on making it through to the experience day! EY is a people-oriented business, so expect to demonstrate how you fit into this sort of business and how you work with people, whether that's within your team or with clients. The experience day is a good way to assess not only if you are the right fit for EY, but if EY is the right fit for you too. I'd advise looking into EY's values and assessing whether they match your own, and if so how you demonstrate these! Good luck!
