Hi Grace, thanks for your question. At EY we do not ask you to submit CV so we don't look at work experience, we recruit based on strengths and how you perform on our application assessments. You can practice the online assessments by going to a great website call www.jobmi.com

Lucy - does your response {re: recruiting based on strengths} apply only to the student schemes, or does this also apply to experienced hire positions? I only have 3 months of work experience as an intern in a public accounting firm. However, I am worried that I might be overqualified academically to apply for a graduate scheme as I am already pursuing a professional accounting qualification (the U.S. CPA) and I already have 2 Master's degrees in addition to a Bachelor's degree (all of which are in relevant areas of either Business Administration, Accounting/Audit & Controls, and Accounting & Finance, respectively). On the other hand, I fear that I am under qualified in terms of work experience and thus would not be considered for an experienced hire role.

Hi Morgan, our strengths based recruitment model is only used for our student programmes, rather than experienced hire roles. However it's worth looking on our website for entry level experience hire roles which do not require much previous experience - you can find all future roles here https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers

Thank you so much, Lucy! I am very much interested in an entry level position, that is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much

On the experienced hire job search page through the link that you just provided, are entry level positions more likely to sporadically be posted or is there a specific recruiting period for these roles, as for the student schemes?

They are sporadic throughout the year based on business need in that area
