Hiya, UK&I tends to focus on clients across all industries whereas FSO tends to focus solely on clients in the finance industry. The type of work you do will remain similar, just your client base might be different.

My understanding is that you are not able to try both, however if it is a Summer Internship, you may be able to speak to someone to potentially shadow for a period of time

Hey, in consulting you join either FSO or UKI but not both. You do however get the opportunity to second for 6 months to the other if you wish. Hope that helps.
