Hi! Thanks so much for your question and congratulations on getting a place on the experience day! Before attending my experience day, I went onto the EY website and gathered research - including information regarding their service lines, purpose, values and sustainability initiatives - so that I went into the day knowing exactly who EY were and what they stood for. I also read some articles on the New York Times and various other newspapers, so that I could understand the current global affairs and markets.
I'm not entirely sure if it is the same format, but when I completed my experience day, it consisted of two sections - a group task and an individual task. For the group task, it may feel overwhelming as everyone is trying their best to put forward their ideas and be heard. My main advice would be to show that you are able to communicate and work in a team by listening to others and also putting your ideas across, without being too dominating, as these are essential attributes for working at EY. For the individual task, this is your chance to highlight how you are as an individual. This may require numerical, verbal and analytical skills and you can best prepare for this by practicing! I would definitely check out EY Student Assessment Practice Hub: Prep Plus to see if there is anything on here that can help you.
I hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck on your experience day!
