Hi Jingna! I'm an associate in the financial services practice in London. Day to day I engage with the client and work on a range of testing. Before we began working from home, most often the team were based at the client site in the City with a day or two per week at EY Canary Wharf.

Hi Jingna, I am based in the Advisory service line in Newcastle! There is a large variety of opportunities for personal development throughout the organisation. For example, I am studying towards two professional qualifications currently (my degree and also a Chartered Management qualification). There is many other professional and internal qualifications offered, with great support and encouragement from colleagues on completing these.

Hi Jingna, our Talent Team have published a great webpage which discusses the key skills EY are looking for - https://ukcareers.ey.com/students/career-advice/what-we-look-for . I would definitely recommend giving it a read! I would personally say the key skills I have used and developed the most in my career at EY is communicating and teamwork!
