Hi, great question! I joined as a graduate straight from university so might be able to assist with this.
The honest answer is, the transition takes some getting used to but luckily, EY puts plenty of measures in place to assist with it. As soon as you join EY, you are assigned a "counsellor" (which is basically our word for a line manager) alongside a "buddy" (who will usually be a senior). These two colleagues would be your first point of contact for any questions - whether it be job specifics or even just how to book a desk! It sounds a bit silly but this can be really helpful in making the transition into the working environment a much more simple process.

With regards to advice, I would simply say - don't be afraid to ask questions! Everyone has been in the same position as you and there really are no stupid questions. You will be surrounded by colleagues who will be more than willing to help wherever possible, so definitely make the most of them and take notes where possible!!
