I have only ever worked for Transaction Diligence UK&I so I would struggle to comment on if there are any difference in the hours or the culture to FS (although I can't imagine there would be huge differences!). The main difference between UK&I and FS is the type of client you'll be working for. In UK&I we worked for a range of clients across all difference sectors but FS you'll work for clients in the financial services industry.
