Is there anything you wish you knew before joining EY? Anything that caught you by surprise?

Before joining I wish I knew a little more about the office culture. e.g. I work in Edinburgh and was very surprised on my first day in the office that everyone works on the same level. I sat next to a partner on my first day. I thought they would have had their own office somewhere but this wasn't the case. It is a very inclusive environment.

It is an open office plan for the edinburgh office or for all the office??
