Hi - thank you very much for your question!
If there were one thing that I wish I had known before I had applied to EY, it would have been how enjoyable and useful I would find the application process to be.
Before I applied, I was worried as to how hard the assessments would be and that I wouldn't be able to do enough preparation. However, as I progressed through the stages, I realised that if you make sure to do sufficient (but not extensive) preparation and try your best with each assessment, you will be more than fine! Each stage also gave me more insight into what the world of EY looked like and what my day to day role would entail.
The stages I was most nervous for were assessment centre and final interview - these then turned out to be my favourite parts of the application process. I had both of these in one of the EY offices and it was through these that I realised EY was definitely the place I wanted to work, due to the friendly atmosphere and the people I had met, who would be my future team.
My advice to you would therefore be to make sure to enjoy your application process as much as you can. The process works two ways - we find out about you, but you also find out more about us!
I hope this helps, but please do let me know if you have any more questions.
