Hi

Thank you very much for your question.

At EY, you receive all different types of training, with a variety of people across the firm. For example, you may have service line specific training in person, with other sub-service lines and with a mix of other graduates, interns and apprentices across different offices.

For me, this is something I really am grateful for as it has allowed me to continue to learn and develop, whilst also allowing for me to create a very strong network with my peers.

There are also team specific trainings which cover more of the specific technical knowledge that is required for your day to day role.

EY also offers you the opportunity to complete an EY Badge or an EY Tech MBA, which I find extremely powerful modes of training / learning.

I hope this answers your question, but please do let me know if you have any further queries.

Thank you for your insightful answer! It seems like EY really values the development of people.!! But I would like to know for graduates, if they need to study for ACA(like assurance), which time they could choose other training like techMBA. I would be grateful if you could answer, really really thank you ~

Yes that is exactly right - it is something EY is very proud of doing!

If you were to join EY as a graduate in Assurance, you would be required to do the ICAS CA qualification, but you could definitely also study for the MBA. More about the MBA can be found here: https://www.ey.com/en_gl/tech-mba
