What skills have you gained since you joined?

I work in the Student Recruitment team, so my knowledge of the different service lines and programmes has expanded, I've gained better communication and also analytical skills!

Since joining the office, the one skill I gained and polished on was communication. Not just verbal but written as well. Joining the office post-pandemic, communication within and outside the team needs to be maintained and I think my team has nailed it. With teams group chat and regular check up calls, just observing how my managers and partners present themselves and communicate has been a good learning point. Also, client communication has been a very interesting learning point for me. I have also developed many interpersonal skills.
