I started the graduate role in September, and initially you begin studying for your exams and attending college, which at the moment is all virtual. You then undertake training and begin your role working with various clients. The tasks will differ, so there is a lot of variety

How long does one attend college for? Is it the same for everyone or does it depend on how quickly one catches up to studies?

You have 6 weeks of college for the first set of exams, and then 2 weeks for the final two. These are set days of teaching, however if you feel like you're falling behind or just want to strengthen your knowledge, taking weekends to study could be considered, but that's entirely up to you
