I developed a comprehensive suite of process diagrams, which have now been adopted as the gold standard for continuous process optimization and design of new product processes within the strategic platform initiative. My work involved detailed mapping and analysis that capture the complexities of existing processes, which in turn, provided a clear framework for enhancing operational efficiency and guiding the development of future products.
Furthermore, I created pivotal business process maps that played a critical role in the seamless integration of the digital platform.
