I have worked in Student Recruitment/Agency Recruitment for 5 years
I have worked in the Student Recruitment team at EY for 2 years now, working specifically in the UKI Assurance regional locations portfolio. EY is a great company to work for, they encourage career growth, have great flexibility and really are a employee driven company. Working on the Assurance service line for the last 2 years has allowed me to gain great knowledge in the different areas of Assurance, understand all of our candidate opportunities and allowed me to share some great advice and top tips when applying for EY.

Working at EY for just 2 years and managing the biggest portfolio (SL)
During my 2 years at EY I have been working on our biggest portfolio, the Assurance service line, and managed to maintain a really strong fill rate each year. I have also managed to secure a promotion recently - so as mentioned before in my profile, EY really do always want you to succeed and do your best in your career here!
