Erin J. asked a question to Charlotte D.
Hi Abbey! I’m a recent undergraduate from the University of Glasgow and in full-time employment in the charity sector. I’ve long been interested in the CCaSS work that EY does and would love any advice on how to make the transition into an early career role in this work.
Hi Erin! That's great to hear, what an exciting stage in your career if you're looking to pursue something you've had a long term interest in.
Our application prep hub can provide great advice on how to prepare for the EY application process, and whilst the format/questions may not be completely the same, it will give you some guidance on how to approach things and what you might wish to practise.
We don't expect any experience on a Graduate programme, as everything will be taught to you when you join.
I hope this provides some reassurance, and we will look forward to receiving an application from you towards August/September when roles open.
