How are assessment centres being carried out due to lockdown and has the structure been impacted as a result?
Additional information
Hello, I have recently completed the learning on the job stage for the Tax industrial placement in London and am curious how the assessment centre is going to be carried out if I was to receive an offer?

Hi Rory, we've moved everything online! You would still undertake the same exercises (with the exception of one where you'd work as a group)

You would dial into a call and receive an introduction, then separately you dial into a meeting with an assessor who will take you through the exercises online

It's quite nice as you get one on one time with your assessor :)

Hi, thanks Jane for your time. Please what would an assessor be looking out for?

Well you will work through a couple of exercises with them so I guess it's showing that you've understood the question, I would always recommend doing some research around EY and the role you've applied to and also technology we use. I also would think about your personal strengths, some examples of your own strengths and any relevant experiences you can talk about

Could you please recommend other websites that would be useful for preparing for EY assessment day

Would stick to the EY website, have a look on your service line section to learn about the role, read any case studies etc. We also have a youtube where you can find more information. I would also read the section about how we are using technology or google that
