At the assessment centre, the assessor is looking to see if you are curious. As an apprentice/graduate joining the firm, you are not expected to understand everything but are expected to want to learn. Through asking questions and demonstrating a desire to develop your skillset, this will display the correct set of skills to the assessor. Furthermore, be confident. An assessor is looking to understand whether you can perform well when working with other people - which includes the interactions you have.
