Hi there! This isn't a timed assessment but it should take you around 45 minutes. There will be a mixture of 14 questions either multiple choice, video and written questions

Hey! I'm a new joiner in ITRA. The simulation is done online and it has a few sections. You get given different scenarios, and choose how you would respond in each scenario.
For example, in one scenario you might have some articles, an email, and a video, and you choose how you will respond to the information.
You'll also get some overall questions that look at all of the information you've been given.
The scenarios can be quite different, but it's also quite an interesting experience given the variety of the information

There is some multiple choice questions relating to case studies that you will read through which involve a number of different aspects, some numerical parts and then other ways that judge how you would respond to a client etc. There are 3 questions where you will be asked to video your response - I felt this was a really good chance to show your personality as it will be the first time that anyone sees and hears you so just be as confident as you can
