What other opportunities can I get involved with at EY that is outside my job description?

Hi Gold N!

Thanks for your question, you can expect a mix of assessments, the first will test your email manner through a simulated email exchange and the second you can expect questions regarding the service line you have applied to, you will be required to video record your answers during the second part of the assessment.

The best advice I can give for this is to practice! Give yourself some questions you think you may be asked, perhaps to do with the service line you are applying to, and record your answers. :)

Good afternoon Teale, in terms of email manner and exchange what would you expect to see from a candidate? Sounds like a silly question, but what would be the best way to practice?

Hi Alessandra,

We're mainly looking for basic email structure, grammar and polite manner.

Hi Teale, is this exercise timed? If so, do you take this into consideration when scoring a candidate? as in will one be scored more if they finish faster?
