As a current graduate, how did you settle on a position to apply for and have you been able to work on projects in line with your interests, or is there very little flexibility in the programme structure?

I work within Technology Risk, and have a background of engineering, My motivations were to work with a broad range of clients as well as still being involved with technology whilst also working with a business perspective.

When you first start you work on clients that are given to you based on internal scheduling however as you start developing in your career you are able to mold your own journey based on the clients and experiences that align with your interests

That sounds great. What has been the highlight of your time at EY and what has been your greatest challenge as a graduate?

Highlight has been working on a variety of clients in many sectors/industries. Greatest challenge has probably been when i first joined and i was trying to get used to the working lifestyle coming from uni.
