Why do emails for the Learning in Person stage say it is the "final stage" of the application for graduate roles?

Emails I have received about the Learning in Person Stage refer to this as the "Final stage of the application", yet on EY's website it is says that there is still the Final Interview (partner interview) after this? (This is for a graduate role)

Hi there, thanks for your question. Some programmes will require you to take part in a final interview stage, however some do not require this - is it different per programme and service line. You will be informed after your experience day (learning in person) if you need to complete this stage.
