Could you please explain the onboarding process at EY for successful candidates?

Hi Michael. Thanks for your question. If you are successfully offered a position you will receive an offer letter and an electronic brochure which will go into detail about our benefits and networks. Once you have accepted your offer you will get access to our on-boarding portal where you will be required to upload various documents like a new joiner form

You will also get allocated a buddy who will be in your service line and office location who will get in touch prior to your start date to answer any questions you may have

There are various steps that will need to get signed off, if we require any information we will get in touch. Your on-boarding will need to get signed off prior to your start date

Hi Andrew - it is an electronic flipbook that includes details of our benefits programme and networks. If you haven't received it please reach out to Operations Advisor contact in your offer letter

Hello, the onboarding process is as follows:

First you will receive an offer letter, as well as access to information on the benefits of the programme and the EY network as mentioned above. You will need to accept this to get access to next steps.

You will be required to submit some documents such as a joiner form to help us begin your onboarding process, and details of these will be relayed on receiving an offer.

After this, we will be in touch via email no earlier than 6 months before the start to commence the pre-employment process (details of this are in the offer letter). Nearer to starting, you will be allocated a buddy and counsellor who usually get in touch before day 1 so you can ask any final questions, and they will be there to support you throughout your time on the programme.
