    Hi Anna, thanks for your questions. The training and development within Consultancy is great! From personal experience, when I worked in People Consulting, I completed my CIPD professional qualification but also completed various other training. There was in house / EY training about things like building client relationships, how to present confidently, leading teams etc. I then also got the chance to complete my Lean Six Sigma Green belt as part of client project. That's the great thing about a company like EY - the opportunities for growth and development are endless.
