As an international student starting an MSc Data Science at the University of Glasgow in September 2026, which EY programmes should I realistically be targeting?
Hi Bhushan
You would need to target our graduate opportunities rather than our apprentice opportunities
When our Graduate roles go live, you will be able to see in the job description if we are able to sponsor for that particular role/location
Hello, thank you for your reply.
Would you recommend that I focus specifically on Glasgow opportunities, or should I consider Graduate roles across other UK locations as well? Also, is there anything you recommend I do during my MSc to strengthen my profile for EY’s Data/AI or Technology Graduate roles?
Hi Bhushan
If you need sponsorship, i would focus on London based roles, as we don't offer sponsorship for Glasgow based roles
Nothing i would recommend apart from keeping up to date with what EY is doing in the sector and ensuring you get the best grade possible in your masters
Thanks, that’s really helpful. For the London graduate roles, are there any particular Data/AI or Technology teams you’d recommend I keep an eye on when applications open?
I would keep a general view rather than focus on 1 specific team. and always ensure you are getting your news from reputable sources such as financial times etc...
Okay....roughly when do you expect the 2027 Graduate roles to open? Also, do you have an idea of how many graduates EY typically hires each year?
