    Hi there, thanks for your question. Our application process this year will be:

    1. Application form

    2. Online assessment split into two stages - these will cover things like a realistic job preview, skills and behavioral tests, and video response questions

    3. EY Assessment Center - which is made up of group exercise and individual exercises

    4. Final interview - a skills and motivation based interview with a senior leader in the business
