I also have about 2 years experience as a Financial management consultant and accounting assistant but they were overseas. Now I'm doing a finance volunteer role for SEND children and SEND Parent ambassador. I recently went to a fair and the people in EY told me that I had to apply for experience hire. Would love to have a clarification regarding that.
