    Thanks for your question. We look for potential, a willingness to learn, and evidence of the skills that will help you succeed in both the apprenticeship and your future career. The skills we value most are being proactive, doing the right thing, being curious, building relationships, showing agility, thinking critically, embracing technology, and being motivated. These skills can be demonstrated through school, work experience, extracurricular activities, volunteering, hobbies, sport, caring responsibilities, or even achievements at home.

    We'd also recommend doing some research into what audit involves and why a career in finance appeals to you. Having a good understanding and being able to explain your motivation will help you throughout the recruitment process.
