If I complete a HRM masters CIPD L7, will I still work towards a qualification within a HR grad program?
Additional information
I've graduated with a BSc in Psychology and I aim to commence my Masters degree in Human Resources this year. Will the structure of graduate programs differ for me?

Hello - thank you for your question. The only HR related graduate programme we have is called People Advisory Services which sits under Consulting, and you'd be studying for your CIPD qualification L5 so you'd already have the qualification for that particular programme. You could certainly look into experienced hire roles within HR.

Hello - you're more than eligible to apply to any of our graduate programmes within a service line that gives you the opportunity to study for a qualification you don't already have. We welcome graduates from any degree discipline to any of our service lines so feel free to check out the different opportunities and use our EY Pathfinder tool on the website to see where we think you'd be really great.
