Hi there, thanks for your question.
I would say the main qualities needed for my role is definitely being open minded to new opportunities that come your way and not being afraid to ask as many questions as you can, especially as a new joiner! Also I would say effectively communicating with colleagues is very important in a day to day role at EY and will help to build relationships with your colleagues in the long run.
