Hi there! - it very much depends upon which part of the business/ team you are entering into -- as a grad / new joiner there will be training when you first join your service line to meet your role.

Soft skills & time management are good skills to have wherever you go way!

If going down the route of software development & automation - more technical skills will be preferred.

For myself, in data analytics python and SQL are not needed but are a bonus - most of my role is with low code programs to transform and cleanse data! Let me know if you have any more questions!

I have self employed work ex, which means I have worked with a private firm, and made them earn profits from stocks using my analysis and technical skills as I'm an advance fundamental and technical analyst. Will this experience of years a good or bad thing for me.

I would say this would help - depending on how much experience you have you might be eligible for our experienced hire program? It is always good to mention your work experience on your CV when applying :)

I wouldnt expect it to hamper your chances! Given its previous experience you can talk about & refer to during the interview process - many people apply without that experience
