Hi Rishi, the apprenticeship roles will mostly be opening in early October!
The best thing you can do to stand out is make sure you have a really clear motivation for joining EY and the particular apprenticeship you are applying to!

Does it matter if we have any work appearance or is it mostly on having a clear motivation.

We don't expect you to have any prior experience!
