Hi Prableen - thanks for your question! The great thing about our Graduate opportunities is that they are open to all degree backgrounds. For Digital Marketing we have some great opps that you might be interested in such as Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, Tax Technology and Transformation and more! You can explore our open roles on our website here: https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/programmes/graduates

And all of these come under Consulting right?

I just read about Enterprise Risk graduate program, do I need knowledge in audit for that program? My current degree which is MSc. Business Intelligence and Digital does not revolve around accounts and audit.

Hi Prableen, I thought I would jump in. I am a member of the Enterprise Risk team.
Don’t worry, whilst it would be good to have knowledge of audit, it is not necessary. You will have the chance to complete the ACA through the ICAEW with the programme.

But I feel that can come out as a disadvantage for me, if I continue with this program in the later rounds, don't you feel so?

Hi Prableen. My degree and work experience wasn't relevant to the graduate scheme (Corporate Audit) - it has not been a disadvantage at all either during the scheme or since qualifying. The program provides all of the training and study that you need. If you've done accounting before at University then it can of course help with the studies, but in my cohort there wasn't a material difference in performance in exams or progression after the first level exams.

I'm facing the same problem with Tax Technology and Transformation program, I don't possess knowledge in Tax.

Just to add to what Elliott said. Many of the graduates coming on the programme do not have experience within audit. It won’t be a disadvantage coming in with no knowledge. I personally did my degree in Business Studies and Economics with very little knowledge in audit, but I have learnt a lot so far!

However, while exploring the programs I feel I can fit in well in Technology Risks or Business Consulting. The reason being Technology Risk exposes me to data analysis, cloud and AI, while pursuing my masters degree at the moment I've grasped a bit about data analytics and cloud computing so far. Also, in Business Consulting, I can learn learn more about latest trends in media and technology. What would you suggest would be better for my profile? I work as a part time Digital Marketing Specialist in the UK with 4 years of full time experience in the same field. My education involved Business Management, Accountancy, Tax, Economics and Marketing in major.

I'd recommend you trying out EY Pathfinder - it's a short quiz that will help you match up your interests and experiences with a specific opportunity. You can find it on here - https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students. Click "Try out quiz" in the EY Pathfinder section.

For the bigger service lines, there are often vlogs or blogs online from people who have been through the schemes talking about their experience. It may be worth taking a look to see if that matches up with what you're interested in. I can see one from the technology risk graduate scheme posted by EY Careers last year - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifIfoQI42M0

Also, can you please suggest where can I practice for the assessments?
